Ben and Pat watch the first-ever episode of Adventure Time! Ben doesn’t get it! Episode 2 makes up for it.

Ben and Pat discuss episodes 3 and 4 from Adventure Time's first season. We meet Tree Trunks and get a glimpse into Ice King's private life.

Ben and Pat discuss episodes 5 and 6 from season 1. Finn and Jake head out on a for-real quest, Ben wonders where on earth we're going with this.

Ben and Pat notice that George Takei provides his voice to a titular character. Both the TV show and the podcast episode were recorded before we learned that Mr. Takei is, as the euphemism goes, "problematic." Also, Pat has THOUGHTS about the political theory contained in a 12-minute cartoon.

Ben and Pat discuss episodes 9 and 10 from season 1. We meet Shelby, albeit briefly, learn about how to handle your bro and your best girl, see a mountain cry, and dive into Finn's pathos.

Ben and Pat yawn their way through wizard trials and (finally) meet Marceline the Vampire Queen. Pat likes her, but he isn't a fan of her practices as a landlord. Ben has found an older sister figure.

Finn and Jake wrestle with purity and pride. Ben and Pat wrestle with whether they enjoyed these episodes of Adventure Time very much. Lessons are learned all around. Or are they?

Ben and Pat discuss what it might feel like to be covered in butter, lament the inclusion of apple pies in pie-eating contests, and discuss their deepest, darkest fears. Santa Came! It's a very normal Christmas episode of Podventure Time. Ben and Pat wonder if maybe the Ice King is kinda okay kinda? A very frightening cat might not be appropriate for kids. You'll love it though.
